An Applications Engineer/Specialist should be a highly motivated person with the ability to analyze customer requirements and design, quote, and if necessary, implement customer optimized solutions. This individual will interface directly with both existing and new potential customers to determine their requirements and create the correct technical and commercial validation solution. The ability to recognize and leverage sales opportunities with both OEM and End User customers is necessary.
Main responsibilities:
?Support sales in accordance with TS goals to achieve the business plan.
?Develop, quote solutions (validation matrix) to meet customer-specific requirements.
?Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, service, logistics etc. Follow PEP process to prepare documents such as: Compliance matrix, TCD, testing sheet , report etc. on time with high quality.
?Assist in collection and analysis of information concerning testing results, failure root cause, sales forecast, market trends, RPP and backup tool release
?Arrange tests, coordinate lab resource, prepare testing
?Maintain contact with existing customers and establish long-term relationships
