Roles and Responsibilities
In your job you will
?Participate in fuel cell related simultaneous engineering projects
?Participate in PGL workshops for new products
?Manufacturing process design and set up according to Bosch Production System
?Leading process-FMEA creation and maintenance for preventive quality assurance
?Investment planning, purchasing, pre/final-acceptance and release e.g. machines, tools
?Quality tools and method set up and implementation in shopfloor e.g. early warning system
?Control plan and work instruction creation (e.g. standard operation instruction, safety instruction)
?Work instruction and quality tools & method training to shopfloor employees (e.g. setter, operator)
?Line/Machine cycle time definition and optimization
?Line/Machine OEE tracking and improvement with PDCA systematic
?Leading systematical problem solving for technical and quality issue (e.g. 8D, PSS)
?Leading TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) in cooperation with shopfloor
?Leading CIP projects regarding quality, cost and delivery performance
?Support and coaching project from shopfloor
?Lead and support implementation of engineering change request
?Regularly participate IPN discussion in China or abroad and sharing of best practices in plant accordingly
