Responsibilities:
?Lead electrified propulsion system sizing and what-if studies for optimal balance between vehicle attribute, system efficiency and cost
?主導(dǎo)新能源動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)選型權(quán)衡,,讓整車性能表現(xiàn),系統(tǒng)效率和成本達(dá)到最優(yōu)化的平衡
?Lead Pre-PS vehicle attributes (Range, On/Off Road Performance / Continuous dive cycles/Charge…) simulation assessment and provide system level actions when short to target
?主導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目正式開始之前的整車性能仿真評估,。當(dāng)不能滿足目標(biāo)時(shí),,需要提供系統(tǒng)層面解決方案
?Lead / support GPDS milestone EVEMS reviews of the propulsion system definition, attribute requirements, and capabilities (virtual assessment against the requirements)
?主導(dǎo)/支持福特項(xiàng)目開發(fā)節(jié)點(diǎn)的新能源車能量管理部門的匯報(bào)。包含系統(tǒng)的定義,,性能屬性要求和能達(dá)到的能力(相對于要求的仿真評估)
?Develop and present system trade-off studies to solicit direction from management
?開展和撰寫系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的權(quán)衡研究報(bào)告并向管理層匯報(bào)尋求方向的建議
?Work closely with traction battery, motor, ISC, e-transmission, HV components , controls and calibration teams to define a optimal system to meet vehicle attribute target

Requirements:
?≥ 5 years' work experience as product develop engineer / system engineer work with cross-function team in automotive related engineering is preferred
?有5年以上汽車行業(yè)相關(guān)的和不同職能部門一起工作的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)工程師或系統(tǒng)工程師的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
?Knowledge and work experience of NEV propulsion system attributes simulation, control, calibration or key sub components and units (i.e. battery, e-drive, etc.) is preferred
?具有新能源汽車動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)屬性的仿真,,控制,標(biāo)定或者關(guān)鍵子零部件 (例如:電池,,電機(jī)等)的專業(yè)知識和工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
