Description for Internal Candidates
?Better understand of switch mechanical development, understand A surface development process and skilled to work with studio & interior & VE team.
?Better understand of switch electrical development, understand device transmit and schematics development process and skilled to work with electrical team.
?Better understand of switch validation.
?Skillful engineering English communication with foreigner.
Responsibilities for Internal Candidates
?Responsibility for part release.
?Responsibility for RFQ preparation and sourcing with cross team.
?Responsibility for part styling development and mechanical design with cross team.
?Responsibility for electrical alignment with cross team (WCCA/hardware review).
?Responsibility for software alignment with cross team (software checklist & ASPICE review).
Qualifications for Internal Candidates
?Minimum Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) with 5 years relevant switch/electrical engineering experience, including a minimum of two full new model program cycles in a leader role.
?Prior responsibility for successful program implementation and verification of mechanical and electrical systems/features.
?Candidates must be able to work under operational pressures.
?Rich experience with complex automotive switch mechanical and electronic systems.
?Working knowledge of vehicle bus-systems CAN, LIN, Industry standards, diagnostics, and core electrical concepts.
?Experience with validation standards and testing methods.
?Skillful English communication.
