Responsibilities
Ecommerce Marketing Campaign Execution
? Plan and execute full-funnel marketing plans across Tmall, JD, WeChat Mini Program, and emerging platforms.
? Localize global campaigns and adapt for digital commerce channels with strong commercial sensibility.
Paid Media & Traffic Performance Coordination
? Assist in paid media strategies to drive qualitative traffic and enhance conversion for sales delivery.
? Work closely with TP to track performance and optimize budget efficiency
Omnichannel Clienteling Activation Support
? Support the development of omnichannel clienteling programs and content strategy.
? Collaborate with retail, CRM and CS teams to co-create personalized digital customer journey for VIC and high-value customers.
Ecommerce Operation Assistance
? Assist the daily operations of ecommerce platforms, including content updates, promotions, product launches and campaign calendar management execution.
? Provide actionable recommendations to drive improvements in traffic, engagement, and sales.
Regular Reporting and Admin Support
? Collect performance data and assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports.
? Manage budget tracking and vendor invoicing support when needed.
Requirements/Target Profiles
? Bachelor degree; Minimum 3 years of ecommerce experience in fashion, beauty, or premium consumer brands.
? Solid understanding of China ecommerce ecosystem and platform operations (esp. Tmall, JD, WeChat).
? Experience in store operation is a must; with paid media planning, clienteling activations will be a strong plus.
? Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
? Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
