Primary responsibilities
1. Managing, coordinating and controlling the electrical engineering work packages throughout the project runtime
2. Responsible for coordinating technical matters, quality, cost and scheduling mainly relating to the electrical engineering work packages
3. Responsible for compliance with the applicable health, safety and environmental laws, and for reviewing alternative, energy-efficient options for the project and product applications.
4. Drawing up and maintaining cost and scheduling overviews, as well as technical/commercial reporting to the project management and line organization.
5. Proactive leading of project-related decision-making within the core team
6. Support in cost negotiations with customers and suppliers
7. Project-related management of internal and external resources
8. Decision-making competency on all project-related electrical engineering matters
9. Drawing up bills of quantities for customer quotations
10. Drawing up bills of quantities and specifications for requests
11. Responsible for provisioning electrical engineering related execution documentation (safety concept, material approvals, requirements specification, supplier specification, control concept, sample diagrams, etc.), and their approval by the customer.
12. Ensuring communications between the departments, the core team, the supplier, and the customer.
13. Responsible for technical coordination of electrical components of the plant and machinery concepts (station content, special processes, system interfaces, …) with the customer and the supplier, and on-time approval of them.
14. Ensuring preparation of the electrical engineering related project and process documentation
15. Utilization and researching of known references (lessons learned) from previous projects
16. Identification, specification of long-running and large components and scheduling materials together with the PPM
17. Responsible for technical (electrical) supplier acceptance testing, and for on-time acceptance by the customer
18. Co-responsibility for the planned project progress.
19. Responsible for sample installation, and for its on-time acceptance by the customer
20. Responsible for compliant execution of full-package contracts, including change management
Knowledge & skill requirements
1. Degree of Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor or above)
2. Software skills: E-Plan, MS-Office products, S-7
3. Experiences: 3-5 years of BiW welding line electrical engineering and robot commission
4. Skill of English
