Job Summary
?Customer order and customer relationship management
?Demand planning and analysis
?KPI Monitor and Continuous improvements
Roles and Responsibilities
Customer order and relationship management:
?Customer order management and strengthen partnership with customers
?Lead order planning and fulfillment via effectively communicate with related departments.
?Responsible for order fulfillment in whole product life cycle from new project launch (D-sample stage) to project EOP
?Corporate with oversea plants on CKD FG procurement and delivery
Demand planning and analysis:
?Monthly demand review with sales team and management team
?Customer behavior analysis, including customer order Lead time, demand fluctuation, forecast bias, safety stock etc.
?Focus on digital transformation in terms of demand planning
?Responsible for creating and optimizing a feasible and stable demand plan with good forecast quality
?Support on the logistical optimization of new and existing products, for efficient and optimized logistical flows and maximize the delivery performance
KPI monitor and improvements:
?Delivery logistics co-coordination to ensure 100% customer OTD performance and maintain high level customer satisfaction
?Inventory management for FG to ensure DIO and unhealthy stock level target
?Minimize special freight cost
?CIP projects
?Bachelor degree or above, technical or logistical oriented (industrial Engineering, supply chain Management, etc.)
?Result driven
?Good time management, ability to deal with multi-tasks, prioritize and meet deadline
?Team player with strong communication skills (English is essential)
?Commercial awareness and good judgement
?Good coordination and conflict management skills
?Be proactive with passion, willing to work under pressure, diverse environment
?SAP system knowledge and demand planning experience
?Skill relevant to digitalization if preferred (Python/Power BI etc.)
?Good skills on Microsoft office software (Excel, PPT, Power BI)
