?Work with MD in market to coach & provide one-with-one feedback.

?Conduct effective weekly meeting with team.

每周與團(tuán)隊(duì)成員開展切實(shí)有效的例會(huì)

Key Capabilities / Competencies

?3-5 years of proven experience in a sales function part of which should be in the FMCG industry. 3-5年銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),，其中部分必須為快速消費(fèi)品行業(yè)
