?Lead MA/SMS11-CN team to achieve assigned KPI, for today’s performance and tomorrow’s growth.
?Prepare the team for the dynamic market, in terms of electrification, new trend, customers need, new players, etc.
?Gain insight into the business, define product strategy which can be implemented in channel.
?Define positioning of product lines by distribution channel
?Enhance product competitiveness through market intelligence activities for his/her products (customers, competitors, pricing, service, coverage, features, benefits etc.)
?Cooperate with and influence internal and external resources, including BU, Sales, Logistic, customers, etc., to provide business solution for market.
?Create Product Marketing plan of activity; agree with the sales team and customers on promotion and campaigns in conjunction (product specific content for communication)
?Annual planning and reporting, including BP planning, cost, Headcount, etc.
?Comprehensive Knowledge of product management and chancel management, experiences in product or channel marketing with solid business performance is must.
?Strong people leadership
?Strategic and systematic thinking, future oriented.
?Highly self-motivated
?Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders, especially handling conflicts.
?Very good English and local language skills, for daily communication, seminar, presentation.
