1. 更好地滿(mǎn)足顧客在產(chǎn)品技術(shù)方面的需求,，設(shè)計(jì)并開(kāi)發(fā)出符合顧客要求的產(chǎn)品（包括彈簧、穩(wěn)定桿以及其配件,、工裝等）,、解讀SOR或RFQ, 負(fù)責(zé)技術(shù)報(bào)價(jià)及技術(shù)匯報(bào)；
The candidate should have good understanding of customer requirement from technical perspective, can design and develop the product (incl. spring, stabilizer and related components and tools) which fulfils customer requirement. She or He should have the capability to read RFQ, SOR and is responsible for the technical quotation and technical review.
2. 與客戶(hù)的產(chǎn)品、質(zhì)量等部門(mén)溝通相關(guān)的技術(shù)信息,，將顧客技術(shù)方面要求,，轉(zhuǎn)化成產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)直至制造出客戶(hù)認(rèn)可的工裝樣品，并提供相關(guān)技術(shù)文件,；
She or he should have close contact with product and quality department from the customer regarding technical information, can transfer the customer requirement to internal product requirement, will help develop the product from design to SOP.
3. 對(duì)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì),，先期過(guò)程設(shè)計(jì)的正確性及適宜性負(fù)責(zé)，對(duì)形成的相關(guān)技術(shù)文件的準(zhǔn)確性負(fù)責(zé),跟蹤,、整理,、消化客戶(hù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，為產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)提供支持,；
She or he is responsible for the product design and design validation, and is also responsible for the correctness and feasibility for this design. She or he will make the technical specification for the product, follow up, summarize, and discuss with customer, to make sure both side have the same understanding.
4. 對(duì)樣品及產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)向前期制造技術(shù)人員進(jìn)行技術(shù)交底及培訓(xùn)并提交技術(shù)文件,，負(fù)責(zé)樣件質(zhì)量的確認(rèn)；
She or he will provide technical support for prototype manufacturing, and help confirming the prototype fulfils customer requirement.
5. 負(fù)責(zé)D-FMEA的編制與維護(hù),、為產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)提供支持與其他部門(mén)共同完成APQP,、P-FMEA、PPAP文件編制;
She or he is responsible for DFMEA by using a global template, and provide technical support for other department to make APQP, PFMEA, PPAP documentation.
6. 根據(jù)客戶(hù)需要制定圖紙,，完全,、準(zhǔn)確解讀圖紙及技術(shù)要求、負(fù)責(zé)編制DVP,，協(xié)助質(zhì)量部門(mén)編制PVP,，對(duì)新產(chǎn)品樣品試驗(yàn)及認(rèn)可的跟蹤；
She or he can make drawing according to customer requirement, fully and accurate understand drawing and all technical requirement, is responsible for DVP and helping quality department making PVP, follow up with DV test and new product validation tests.
7. 為基礎(chǔ)BOM的編制及更新提供技術(shù)支持,、制定更新技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),；
Making E-BOM for SAP system, making technical specification for internal and external supplier.
Help process development to make correct, robust, accurate technical documentations, and helping production by providing technical support.
8. 為工藝開(kāi)發(fā)提供支持,提供正確的、可靠的,、準(zhǔn)時(shí)的技術(shù)文件,，并為批量生產(chǎn)制造提供相關(guān)技術(shù)支持；
Follow up business trend, summarize, and collect benchmarking information.
9. 跟蹤行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài),，挖掘,、整理行業(yè)理論基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)；編制新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)立項(xiàng)報(bào)告,、可性行報(bào)告及相關(guān)質(zhì)量體系涉及的文件,；
Making new product development plan, feasibility study for design and other quality system related documents.
10. 負(fù)責(zé)與德國(guó)總部和其他工廠(chǎng)的技術(shù)溝通，保證信息透明和更好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,；
Responsible for the communication of technical issues between headquarter in Germany and other plants in other regions, make sure the transparency of the information and good team work.
11. 遵守公司安全政策,，合規(guī)政策等。

任職要求Qualification：
1) 本科及以上學(xué)歷,，機(jī)械工程,、汽車(chē)工程等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè),；
Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or similar.
2) 5年以上產(chǎn)品研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉汽車(chē)行業(yè)產(chǎn)品制造工藝并具備彈簧/穩(wěn)定桿產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),，了解相關(guān)的鈑金件,、塑料件以及橡膠件；有卡子,、膠套,、塑料件及對(duì)應(yīng)工裝等設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
at least 5 years of professional experience in the automotive/automotive supplier industry in product engineering of sheet metal, plastic and rubber components. Experience in the design of cost competitive sheet metal components and the related tool design.
3) 精通機(jī)制工藝,，并掌握機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì),、金屬材料及熱處理相關(guān)知識(shí)；
Familiar with metal and heat treatment process;
4) 熟練應(yīng)用計(jì)算機(jī)CATIA,、AUTOCAD等設(shè)計(jì)軟件,，能夠閱讀并理解英文產(chǎn)品圖紙及相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范；
You are experienced in using CAD, esp. Catia V5/V6 3D, 2D and sheet metal design.
5) 掌握過(guò)程開(kāi)發(fā)所需的相關(guān)質(zhì)量技術(shù)如PPAP,APQP,SPC,FMEA,DOE,PRO-E,可靠性工程等知識(shí),；
Master and could apply five core tools of IATF16949, such as D-FMEA, APQP,PPAP, MSA and SPC.
6) 善于分析,，結(jié)構(gòu)化的工作方式

7) 熟練掌握有限元分析（FEA）技能及工具例如Hyperform.
FEA skills esp. in Altair Hyperworks suite in pre- and postprocessing and it’s tools like e.g. Hyperform.
8) 良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，熟練的MS-Office技能,，英語(yǔ)可作為工作語(yǔ)言
Pronounced social skills as well as an open interaction with people and employees at all levels into your daily work. Good MS-Office skills. Strong English language skills in speaking and writing is mandatory.
