Our objective:
To enhance leadership in the Super Premium+ SPT channel (Specialty Pet Store etc.) through superior brand experiences and consumer-centric operations.
What will be your primary responsibilities?
?Lead the development and implementation of appropriate Route-To-Market strategies that align with our premium positioning.
?Fully utilize the distributor’s capabilities to ensure execution excellence in promoting SPT offline sales.
?Empower and upskill distributor's capability via Champion Petfoods Philosophy
?Achieve targeted GSV/NSV and related KPIs through leading and managing frontline delivery
?Establish, cultivate, and maintain business relationships with both existing and potential customers in the premium SPT offline sector.
?Conduct regular business reviews with the distributor’s sales team on a weekly basis.
?Take immediate action in response to changing business conditions and deviations in execution.
?Collaborate internally and externally to organize marketing events aimed at new customer acquisition and customer education, including seminars, trade shows, and product samplings, among others.
?Analyze business potential and develop prospective customers to achieve targeted store coverage, distribution, and active store rates.
?Expedite the resolution of customer issues and opportunities, special developments, or customer feedback obtained through field activities to our associates.
?Provide training and coaching to our distributors to ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes in field activities.
?Ensure the freshness of champion products in stores and implement special activities to manage stock levels.
?Collaborate with supporting functions by leveraging expertise and relevant resources to enhance sales performance.
1.Bachelor's and above degree
2.Proficient in both oral and written English
3.A minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in a foreign FMCG company and a minimum of 10 years of overall experience in a foreign FMCG company
4.Strategic thinking and robust distributor management skills
5.Sales-focused and results-driven
6.Passion for Pet industry
