"Global Commodity TRA Management (Responsible for the strategic steering of commodity Trading Goods)
'1. Definition and Synchronization of Top-Down and Bottom-Up Targets for the commodity globally.
2. Functional lead of the global commodity team as well as the development of the global commodity strategy together with other departments, following the BU and PSM Strategy
3. Lead of global benchmark activities and trend analyses, monitoring of the market situation and market mechanisms as well as customer/ supplier relations within the commodity to identify savings, optimization potential and potential risks.
4. Search, Development and management of strategic relevant suppliers as well as the setup of strategic supplier relationships.
5. Development and generation of saving potentials as well as added value in alignment with the plants, project buyers, engineering, value engineering, procurement performance management and controlling.
6. Implementation and safeguarding of data transparency within the relevant commodity.
7. Negotiation of best prices for customer projects within the needed time frame and budget.

Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作職責(zé)
"1. Start of procurement activities and preparation of analyses that might require a high technical understanding for the relevant commodity.
2. Responsible for the completion and maintenance of the global commodity strategy and the development of worldwide measure roadmaps for the relevant commodity
3. Supervision and support in the implementation and tracking of saving measures
4. Development of saving potential based on the global steering of the purchasing spend, cost structure analyses as well as the use of commercial and technical levers
5. Coordination, Implementation and supervision of savings globally, implementation and review of mile stone plans and safeguarding of saving implementation
6. Support the improvement of data quality by joint optimization and collaboration between Commodity Team, Project Buyers, Procurement Process Performance as well as the Head of Procurements in the plants
7. Safeguarding of sourcing compliance within the commodity and cross functional partners
8. Responsibility to ensure all tk sustainability standards at all suppliers within the relevant commodity
9. Safeguarding of saving potentials by closing frame contracts with relevant suppliers, renegotiation of contracts and the setup of regulations for supplier relationship management
10. Safeguarding of decisions/ support of decisions with activities/ presentations within the relevant decision boards
11. Safeguarding of alignment between global and regional commodity management, Project Procurement and cross functions about decision proposals for sourcing council
12. Safeguarding of supplier change management according to tk Bilstein requirement."

1. Knowledge 知識(shí)
Education 學(xué)歷 University or above
Foreign Language 外語(yǔ) English, very good at written and oral
Computer Skill 計(jì)算機(jī) Very good at WS-OFFICE: Word, excel, ppt, etc.
2. Experience 經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Auto or related experience 汽車(chē)或相關(guān)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn) Minimum 5 years automotive industry experience
Management experience 管理經(jīng)驗(yàn) N.N.
Project leader experience 項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn) Preferred
Project member experience 項(xiàng)目參與經(jīng)驗(yàn) Experience with project sourcing or project management or SQM
Intercultural experience 跨文化工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) YES, strongly needed
