Roles & Responsibility
1. As a Marketing representative to PD, engineering, studio to representing the voice of markets. Support deliverables on nameplate's Winning Product Strategy & Market Equation
2. Support to identify and implement Lincoln nameplate strategies based on consumer insights, competitors' trend and market opportunities, in compliant to global brand guideline.
3. Work with cross functional teams to develop Go-To-Market strategy and plan to ensure all GTM deliverables are on time.
4. Support Launch Pricing Strategy development and approval process.
5. Support marketing and PR on content planning to deliver product advantages to drive nameplate awareness and consideration.
6. Work with functional teams (marketing, sales, and network) to develop insightful business analysis to ensure short term and long-term success. Such as nameplate launch metrics analysis, sales funnel analysis and monthly premium segment insights.
7. Support annual product refreshing actions for market buzz and product enhancement.
8. Support leadership special assignment
Selection Criteria:
1. Strong insights in NEV and premium vehicle industry.
2. Good result-oriented analysis skill of business issues or opportunities based on industry, segment and customer insights
3. Project management
4. Governance
5. Internal coordination with skill teams & external alignment with JV teams & US counterparts
6. Ability to work within a diverse (cultural, functional or geographic) environment
7. Ability to travel if required
8. Flexibility on working hours given Global Marketing and time zone differences
Qualifications Required:
1. Self-starter and Ownership
2. Good team player
3. Preferred Background in product marketing or marketing communication
4. Data analysis skill
5. Mindset for continuous improvement and always seek for improvement
6. Good communication & English skills.
7. Dependable, committed and highly responsible to deliver outcomes
8. JV experience, and sales experience is the extra point
