RPP Project Manager has the overall responsibility for the results of the project work according to the project agreement with the target definitions of:

- RPP ideas generation

- PPC cost improvement

- Business calculation (ROI analysis)

- Create schedules

- Project development

- Ramp-up and SOP

Main responsibilities

-Systematically handling RPP projects management towards RPP target

-Lead RPP idea generation, feasibility study, business case calculation

-Establish product target costing and Setup project cost controlling

-Lead the project members and the sub projects and the specialist teams within the defined range of the project

-Monitor, control and update project plans to ensure all measures implemented on time

任職條件

Education and working experience

- master's degree in Business Administration, financial, with automotive engineering is a plus

- working experience (3-5 years+) in automotive filed project management, with financial controlling background is a plus

-Fluent English communication skill is required

-Strong influencing power

-Be willing to challenge the limit

-Negotiation/conflict Management

PM competence

-Strong PM leadership skills

-Shows proactive decision-making even in complex and critical situations for maximizing project benefits.

-PMP certified, NPDP as a plus
