Sales Operation and Support Assistant Manager focus in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of a sales team, acting as the leader of the sales process. They utilize data analysis to streamline operations, set and track sales targets.
?Analytics and support, process and quarterly target setting validation base on sales effective and performance.
?Support performance management and sales operation improvement through enhancing sales team efficiency and effectiveness.
?Ensuring sales process compliance and assist to control & track channel budget/resource to deliver optimized P&L result.
?Optimize and coordinate stock healthy management, ensure smooth routine retailer transfer and return, with internal and external function.
?Facilitating communication and collaboration within the sales team and across other departments.
?Bachelor’s degree or above.
?At least 3 years’ working experience of regional sales in FMCG industry, 1 years’ SOP management experience.
?Strong cross-function communication and presentation skills.
?Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
?Experienced with SFE relevant capability and Processing management.
