Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position
Will focus primarily on mobile App experiences that leverage our smart mobile app and also vehicle-based technologies and UI/UX touchpoints such as large touchscreens, AI-recognition technologies and more:
At Digital product management team, we are looking for Product Managers who will be accountable for these responsibilities:
1. To lead the team to define and generate for the mobile app product vision, strategy and roadmap and maintain backlog with priorities
2. Understand deeply the customer’s needs and write compelling user experience stories, PRD and etc
3. Help oversee the development process, define and sign-off on the acceptance criteria
4, Maintain good communication with the collaboration department, be the interface with business, deep understand the business needs and prioritize requirements based on tech team resource
5. Manage Go-to-Market operations and track progress against KPIs
6. Responsible for App user behavior data analysis, prioritize user needs, leading the iteration and update of APP requirements, and improving APP user experience.
Candidate Specification
Bachelor’s degree or above
8+ years of experience in Digital product development, preferably in Mobile app product management in Automotive industry.
Professional Exposure
?Ability to develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap for mobile apps to support various functions and domains, aligning with company strategy and priorities
?Strong understanding of mobile app development processes, particularly in iOS, Android, and Harmony platforms.
?Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and understand the feasibility and challenges of technical implementations.
?Proficient in using analytics tools to gather insights and improve the product based on user feedback and data.
?Familiarity with vehicle connectivity technologies (such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and cellular networks) and experience integrating mobile applications with vehicle systems is a plus.
Preferred previous experiences
?Relevant experience in the automotive industry; experience in start-up EV (Electric Vehicle) companies is highly preferred.
?Experience working in an agile development environment, managing Sprints and iterative releases.
?Basic technical knowledge to understand technical challenges and implementations

Interface for this position includes:
?Executive Leaders, Internal Business Partners, UIUX Designers, Vehicle Programs Mgmt, JV business partners, Tech Architecture team and Development Team.
