?Take charges the schematic design, select the components and calculate the circuit. Debug and improve the PCBA function when the sample is available.
?Perform electrical part FMEAs, and reliability and manufacturability analyses.
?Lead technical design reviews for concept solutions, and detailed design and evaluation reviews with the global team.
?Testing and verifying hardware to ensure that it meets specifications and requirements, including documentation and analysis of results. Optimize EMC characteristics during the test, make sure test can be passed according to schedule.
?Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and mechanical engineers, to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
?Work closely with own plants or suppliers to ensure smooth transition from prototyping to mass production, including design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for testability (DFT) considerations.
?Support lifecycle management activities including EOL, cost down, and field complaint investigations.
