支持和管理本地IT基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施, 支持本地業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型, 為RBHP本地用戶提供IT workplace相關(guān)服務(wù)
Support and manage local IT infrastructure, support local business digital transformation, and provide IT workplace related services for RBHP local users
Roles and Responsibilities
?Interface between local users and central departments for different infrastructure topics as servers (virtual and physical), storage, DBs, routers, switches, Access Points etc.
?React to IT incident on IT Infrastructure, and support investigation, measures and prevention.
?Work with plant IT in Manufacturing representative (Local-ITM) in term of IT in Manufacturing activities.
?Close contact w/ customer, conduct or coordinate the business needs fulfillment.
?Provide IT consulting service to internal customer in office area.
?Support in local small IT activities or central rollout projects in scope of BD/SLP-CE

?Day-to-day support and administer IT workplace service (ITFM computer, MPS printer, IT spare parts).
?Support IT cost management and optimization.
?Support BCSC Software operation and maintenance.
?日常支持IT基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施如服務(wù)器（虛擬和物理）、存儲(chǔ),、數(shù)據(jù)庫,、路由器、交換機(jī),、無線接入點(diǎn)等,，并承擔(dān)本地用戶和中央IT部門之間的接口，提供方案滿足本地用戶部門需求,。
?應(yīng)對(duì)IT基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的故障事件,，并支持調(diào)查、措施和預(yù)防,。
?與生產(chǎn)區(qū)域IT部門合作,，支持生產(chǎn)區(qū)域IT業(yè)務(wù)。
?與用戶部門保持緊密溝通,，了解和分析IT需求, 協(xié)調(diào)IT產(chǎn)品部門或者解決方案部門實(shí)現(xiàn)交付,。
?為辦公室用戶提供IT咨詢服務(wù)。
?支持本地IT活動(dòng)或項(xiàng)目實(shí)施。
?日常支持和管理IT硬件包括計(jì)算機(jī),、打印機(jī),、IT備件。
?支持IT成本管理及優(yōu)化,。
?支持自研軟件運(yùn)營(yíng)和維護(hù),。
