Job summary: Drive vehicle electric compressor business fits customer requirement, identify market potential, target customer study market trend and product specification, define product development strategy.
?Champion the E-compressor product by executing the product vision and strategy.
?Bring expertise and deep knowledge of E-compressor product & market needs, identify unspoken pain points and problems.
?Work with people from ENG, sales, purchasing, marketing, and operations to bring E-compressor product to success and ensure the good position in market.
?Constantly evaluate and enhance product strategy to increase sales and profitability.
?Look at Profit and Loss analysis and profit improvement. Analyze business case, financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance profitability.
?Compare competitors’ products through benchmarking, analyzing specifications and pricing.
?Define E-Compressor product roadmap strategy, enhance product life cycle management processes in line with the product strategy.
?Support business planning and proactively work with key stakeholders.
?Product promotion at customers together CopT and platform team
Bachelor or above in engineering
>5 years product / project management work experience in automotive industry, preferably in Electric Compressor companies with product development and project management experience
- Be familiar with Product management process
- Ability to lead cross functional teams
- Experienced in MS-office
- Customer-Oriented Product Mindset with the ability to synthesize trends and anticipate future customer needs and market demands.
- Excellent communication skills for leading internal sessions and external engagements
-Ability to execute under pressure and uncertainty, with a strong sense of urgency.
Good written and oral English communication skills
