?Major in System Engineering, Software development, SW project management; Master's degree preferred

?5+ years of experience in SW development/ SW project management in Vehicle Chassis area

?Knowledge of the Vehicle function in Vehicle Chassis, e.g. VDC/TCS..

?Knowledge of general SW architecture in Vehicle Chassis

?Knowledge of Software development process and development environment

?Ability to leading the team to achieve common target

?Strong communication and interpersonal skills
