Position Summary 職位概述
1. Implement all sales action plans related to the respective market as outlined in sales action plan with supervision under Restaurante Operation Manager.
在經(jīng)理督導(dǎo)下,,制定每周及每月餐飲銷售計(jì)劃,執(zhí)行相應(yīng)的餐飲銷售活動(dòng),。
2. Ensure that the invoicing effectively corresponds to all services agreed upon and rendered.
確保對(duì)能對(duì)商品價(jià)格進(jìn)行有效估價(jià),,盡可能地符合客人的意愿,將酒店服務(wù)做到最好,。
3. Confidently knowing the food and beverage menu contents and be able to explain them in detail to guests.
熟悉掌握菜單及飲料單上的內(nèi)容,,并可以詳細(xì)的給客人做出解釋
4. Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
按照部門的規(guī)范和程序提供高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的餐飲服務(wù)
5. Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
與上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交流有關(guān)疑難,客人意見和其它相關(guān)信息
6. Promote the hotel as often as possible through entertaining, conduction, site inspections, and presentation hotel etc.
通過(guò)熱情招待,、加強(qiáng)交流,、定點(diǎn)拜訪、酒店介紹等銷售技巧,,提高銷售業(yè)績(jī),,促進(jìn)酒店經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展。
7. Pay visits to former, existing and potential clients in view of entering into contracts with them, especially commercial accounts.
保持與酒店老客戶,、現(xiàn)有及潛在客戶之間的聯(lián)系,,尤其是商業(yè)合作上的聯(lián)系。
8. Organize regular visits in accordance to a predetermined plan and maintain relationship well with customers.
根據(jù)預(yù)定計(jì)劃組織定期的客戶拜訪,,與客戶保持良好關(guān)系,。
9. Meet and accompany any top key accounts, VIP guests upon arrival to ensure statisfaction.
在主要客戶及貴賓到店時(shí)歡迎其光臨,并做好在店內(nèi)的接待工作,。
10.Provide after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary.
提供完善的售后服務(wù),,確保妥善處理所有客人投訴,如需要可與相關(guān)部門進(jìn)行商討溝通。
11.Keep himself/herself well informed about the restaurant especially in key departments.
始終了解餐廳的運(yùn)營(yíng)信息,,尤掌握酒店重要部門的信息更新,。
12.Get and well known all information of market by using competitor awareness tool, especially key F&B competitors, its production and related promotions and report to DOFB/FBM in a timely manner.
利用競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手分析工具了解并熟悉競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手相關(guān)產(chǎn)品信息,特別是重點(diǎn)客戶及相應(yīng)產(chǎn)量,,密切監(jiān)控競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手動(dòng)態(tài),,并定期及時(shí)向餐飲總監(jiān)/餐飲經(jīng)理匯報(bào)。
13.Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through sales call or joint sales call, telephone, fax, and written communications.
通過(guò)直接銷售拜訪,、聯(lián)合銷售拜訪,、電話銷售、通信等方式努力將酒店主要市場(chǎng)保持在一個(gè)高水準(zhǔn)的位置,。
14.Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications 任職要求
1. More than 1 year of the same position experience.
