職位描述
1. Trained and direct staff on guest floor.
培訓(xùn)和引導(dǎo)員工去工作,。
2. Check all public area.

3. Check and report maintenance work to be done.
檢查和匯報工程問題并負責(zé)跟蹤確保完好。
4. Make recommendations on procedure to be adopted and personnel required to the AEH.
向行政管家提出合理化建議,。
5. Responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the PA assigned including equipment and supplies in general.
確保公共區(qū)域所有物品和工具的清潔,。
6. Report immediately sick and irregular guest to Assistant Housekeeper.
向行政管家匯報客人生病和異常客人,。
7. Organize work assigned ensure that staff understand and perform their duties quickly and efficiently in order that the standard on quality and service are met all times.
所安排的工作確保員工能夠明白,,并快速高效的去完成工作。
8. Inspect service trolley to ensure that they are well-stocked.
確保工作車儲存規(guī)范,。
9. Check public area before VIP guest arrival, visit guest during their stay to offer assistance.
在貴賓客人到達之前檢查好相應(yīng)的公共區(qū)域,,并在其入住期間給予幫助。
10. Investigate complaints from guest and staff and report it to Assistant Housekeeper in log book.
向行政管家匯報員工和客人的投訴,。
11. Responsible for all the loan article on record.
對借用物品進行詳細記錄,。
12. Control of the lost and found & keep all the record.
管理失物招領(lǐng)并做好詳細的記錄。
13. Take care of all the phones from guest and staff.
處理客人和員工的電話,。
14. Make written report to housekeeper of everything which happen in the evening.
以書面形式將晚上發(fā)生的事情向行政管家匯報,。
15. Organize work with proper personnel ,make necessary revision in staffing and work schedules.
安排適當(dāng)?shù)娜藛T去工作,必要時做一定的修改,。
