?Coordination with PMO for sample orders
?Active communication with project leaders on sample project timeline, identify and escalate if potential for further industrialization
?Co-operate and define with MOE for sample production plan
?Prepare materials, fixtures… according to BOM requirement from different orders.
(PPD part, IPN plant part, series part…)
?Monitor manufacturing plan with COS and MOE production lines to ensure samples are manufactured on time with good quality.
?Plan budget for upcoming sample’s EWAK, tools… for samples
?A/B sample process development and coordination with TEF1
?Conflict management for conflict orders with limited time, material chain and other preparations.
?Provide technical support for technician for order requirement.
?Define quality measurements: e.g. CP…
?Lead and responsible for problem solving of sample production
