工作職責(zé)：
Project Manager has the overall responsibility for the results of the project work according to the project agreement with the target definitions of:
- VAVE ideas generation
- PPC cost improvement
- Business calculation (ROI analysis)
- Create schedules
- Project development
- Ramp-up and SOP
Main responsibilities：
-Systematically handling VAVE projects management towards VAVE target
-Lead VAVE idea generation, feasibility study, business case calculation
-Establish product target costing and Setup project cost controlling
-Lead the project members and the sub projects and the specialist teams within the defined range of the project
-Monitor, control and update project plans to ensure all measures implemented on time
