1.To patrol land inspect rooms, restaurants, bars, banquet rooms, staff locker rooms,offices and public area etc. several times a day to maintain cleanliness. If any problems found, request Engineering Department to repair or recommend rooms which should be taken out of order in coordination with Executive Housekeeper.

2.To coordinate with Executive Housekeeper to hire and train new employees and supervise housekeeping personnel complete knowledge of personal history of each for the smooth operation of the Department.
根據(jù)人事需要,協(xié)助行政管家一起雇傭和培訓(xùn)員工,,以確保部門工作的正常運(yùn)行,。
3.To prepare daily work schedule and control days off and vacation.
安排日常工作表及排休。
4.To coordinate with the Front Office to ascertain rooms are available through hourly and daily information and when requested by the Front Office coordinates cleaning rooms for other purpose like office.
了解房態(tài),,在前臺(tái)需要時(shí),,協(xié)助清理房間以便使用。
5.To inspect and maintain good working condition of appliances for cleaning in coordinate with Engineering Department.
檢查和保持清潔用品的良好工作狀態(tài),,如有問(wèn)題及時(shí)與工程部聯(lián)系,。
6.To plan cleaning schedule of all relevant areas and execute cleaning jobs, waxing, carpet shampooing, polishing metals and cleaning windows etc.
依據(jù)計(jì)劃,安排清洗有關(guān)區(qū)域,,打蠟,,洗地毯,拋銅和擦玻璃的時(shí)間表,。
7.To supervise Linen room and coordinate with Laundry to keep linens and uniform of each department in the best condition.

8.To supervise contract cleaners who are in charge of cleaning outside windows, indoorplants, pest control.

9.To recommend new purchases to the Executive Housekeeper; to coordinate with the Purchasing Department.

10.To assume responsibilities of Executive Housekeeper in his/her absence.

12.To record all the extra work performed by housekeeping personnel.

13.To recommend rooms which should be taken out of order.

14.To conduct inventory of supplies and equipment periodically and investigates new andimproved cleaning method.

15.To attend guest requests and complaints.

16.To maintain proper stock of guest service items such as extra bed, baby crib, adapter etc. for immediate service when requested by the room guest and who record in and out of inventory.

17.To perform other related duties assigned by Superior.

18.To exchange information with Housekeeping Departments of major competitive hotelsand suggest the better product whenever comes up.

1.Fluent in written and spoken English.
英文書(shū)寫(xiě)及口語(yǔ)流利,。
2.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

2.Degree in hotel over 10years is required,At least 2 years working experience in equivalent or above brand hotel. .
十年以上的酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),同等或以上品牌酒店同等崗位至少兩年及以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),。,。
3.The ideal candidate must be outgoing and people oriented.
