Position Summary 職位概述:
1.To patrol land inspect rooms, floor pantry room, sterilization room and floor public area etc. several times a day to maintain cleanliness. If any problems found, request Engineering Department to repair or recommend rooms which should be taken out of order in coordination with Executive Housekeeper.
巡視,,檢查房間,,樓層工作間,消毒間和樓層公共區(qū)域的清潔衛(wèi)生,,并負責保持,。如發(fā)現(xiàn)任何問題,協(xié)助行政管家通知工程部維修,,并報成壞房,。
2.To coordinate with the Front Office to ascertain rooms are available through hourly and daily information and when requested by the Front Office coordinates cleaning rooms for other purpose like office.
了解房態(tài),,在前臺需要時,協(xié)助清理房間以便使用,。
3.To inspect and maintain good working condition of appliances for cleaning in coordinate with Engineering Department.
檢查和保持清潔用品的良好工作狀態(tài),,如有問題及時與工程部聯(lián)系。
4.To plan cleaning schedule of all relevant areas and execute cleaning jobs, waxing, carpet shampooing, polishing metals and cleaning windows etc.
依據(jù)計劃,,安排清洗有關(guān)區(qū)域,,打蠟,洗地毯,,拋銅和擦玻璃的時間表,。
5.To supervise Linen room and coordinate with Laundry to keep linens and uniform of each department in the best condition.
管理布巾室并和洗衣房保持聯(lián)系,以確保所有布巾和工服都處于良好狀態(tài),。
6.To assume responsibilities of Assit. Executive Housekeeper in his/her absence.
在行政副管家不在的情況下,,承擔責任。
7.To coordinate and follow up repair and trouble reports.
協(xié)調(diào)工程部進行維修,,并完成維修報告,。
8.To recommend rooms which should be taken out of order.
將需修的房間報為壞房。
9.To conduct inventory of supplies and equipment periodically and investigates new and improved cleaning method.
定期盤點補給品和設(shè)備,,研究新的和改進的清潔方法,。
10.To attend guest requests and complaints.
處理客人的要求和投訴。
11.To perform other related duties assigned by Superior.
完成上級交給的相關(guān)工作,。
Required Qualifications 任職要求:
1.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
良好口頭及書面溝通技巧,。
2.Ability to manage by example.

3.Ability to maintain excellent relations with associates and maintain team member and guest confidentiality at all times.
