1.Provide the technical instruction and assistance to customers regarding installation, commissioning on site, ensure the work execution and proper performance of products

2.Ability to respond quickly to customer needs,
具有快速響應(yīng)客戶需求的能力
3.Respond to the customer quickly and perform the trouble shooting to solve the problem
在設(shè)備出現(xiàn)故障時(shí),快速響應(yīng)客戶并進(jìn)行故障排除
4.Engineer support,,give the customer training about the product daily inspection
負(fù)責(zé)為客戶提供產(chǎn)品的日常操作,,維護(hù)等方面的培訓(xùn)
5.Collecting the installbase, place the customer base on file
收集客戶和產(chǎn)品信息,做好客戶以及設(shè)備清單的整理歸檔
1.Bachelor degree,major in electrical , mechanical engineering , Hydraulic or related.
本科及以上學(xué)歷,,機(jī)械工程,,電控,液壓相關(guān)專業(yè)
2.At least 3-5 years' experience in technical support or after-sales
有3到5年的技術(shù)服務(wù)或者售后服務(wù)背景
3.Be good at hydraulic system and PLC
掌握液壓系統(tǒng),以及PLC工作原理
4.Good communication skills and team spirit
良好的溝通技巧和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神
5.Good English skill in both spoken and written
良好的英語(yǔ)溝通能力
6.Able to work independently and willing to travel frequently
有獨(dú)立完成工作的能力,,愿意經(jīng)常出差
