Position Summary職位概述:
1.Work closely with other departments in order to have a better work effort

2.Ke In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
在經(jīng)理缺席時主持交接班說明會并參加酒店的各項會議,確保員工了解酒店的活動和運營的要求,。
3.Keep staffs and self have a sense of discipline and proper operation. And check whether staff image and service fit with priciples
時刻保持自己和所管轄的員工的紀律性和適當?shù)牟僮?。并且檢查員工儀容儀表以及服務(wù)是否符合規(guī)范。.
4.Supervise the service and delivery of menu items in assigned restaurant ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.
監(jiān)督所在餐廳的服務(wù)和菜單內(nèi)容的提供情況,,確保高品質(zhì)和一致性。
5.Encourage staffs, listen to them carefully, understand their thoughts and offer helps
激勵員工,,有效聆聽,,了解員工的思想動態(tài),并提供幫助
6.Direct and regular staffs’ work
指導(dǎo)員工,,規(guī)范員工的工作
7.Supervise and control attendance and shift arrangement
督促控制出勤情況和排班
8.Evaluate the work performance of staffs
做員工工作表現(xiàn)評估
9.Analyze existing problems of restaurant and solve the issues
分析餐廳存在的問題,,解決問題
10.Analyze restaurant revenue report
分析餐廳營收報告
11.Stocktake every month
每月進行盤點
12.Training of new colleagues.
培訓(xùn)新員工
13.Supervise outlet service
監(jiān)督并參與餐廳的服務(wù)
Required Qualifications 任職要求:
1.At least 1-year professional experience beyond the degree.
1年以上同崗位工作經(jīng)驗。
2.Effectively monitors, participates, supports, coordinates and ensures smooth operations of the sections appointed, e.g. food purchasing, storage, etc.
了解食品出品,、餐廳服務(wù)全過程,,善于安排各個環(huán)節(jié)的工作,能協(xié)助保證餐廳管理的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,。
3.With the ability of social, organization, practicableness, be adept in driving team’s motivation.
具有社會活動能力,、組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作能力和實際工作能力;善于調(diào)動餐飲部各級管理人員的積極性,。
