?Driving implementation and optimization of production flows and procedures?

?Reduce overall product cost (RPP) continuously ?

?Define product KPIs / planning premises and define measures for achievement ?

?Evaluation and reporting of production-related KPI′s?

?Ensure proper execution and evaluation of quality safeguarding processes such as EOQC, ORT, Maverick?

?Resolving of production-related issues?

?Decision proposal together with product SE-Team on material scrap?

?Review suitable test limits for production material?

?Manage changes within SE-Team?

?Feedback mass production learnings to development

?Bachelor degree (or higher) in Microelectronics or related field

?Self-motivated, good coordination and moderation skills

?Good English in written and verbal

?Good communication skills and presentation skills

?Entrepreneurial mindset

?Assertiveness

?Strong leadership skills in project management work

?At least 5 years related work experience

?Production-related data analysis and manufacturing control tools?

?Statistical process control (e.g. SBL, Maverick, cpk, BOPP)?

?Quality methods (e.g. 8D, problem solving, failure analysis)?

?Basic financial/cost understanding (e.g. PPC, EBIT, BC)?

Preferred:

?Familiar with MEMS technology and products

?Familiar with semiconductor technology and process (Fab, Assembly, Test)

?Familiar with qualification and validation for semiconductor/MEMS products and production
