As part of the global operation team, the product engineer in the Bosch Sensortec Suzhou team is responsible for the new products’ ramp up and monitoring the series product’s QCD

* aspects via efficient SE-team work.

*QCD: Quality, Cost, Delivery

? Lead cross functional SE-team

? Monitor process deviations (especially yield) in supply chain, use early warning systems throughout supply chain

? Monitor achievement of quality, cost and delivery targets. Use appropriate monitoring tools.

? In case of deviations work together with BST/Bosch/Supplier teams to quickly solve the problem with high focus on potential customer effects (take customer viewpoint)

? Drive and monitor continuous improvement activities for Q, C and D (e.g. yield improvement, UPH improvement) as leader of the CIP-team

? Drive change management during series production wherever changes are necessary (work with suppliers and SE-team)

? Control new product's ramp up(co-pilot for engineering project manager)

?Bachelor degree (or higher) in Microelectronics or related field

?Self-motivated, good communication skills and team spirit

?Good English in written and verbal

?Strong leadership skills in project management work

?At least 3 years related work experience

?Strong interculture and coordination skills to work in an international project team

?Familiar with semiconductor technology and process (Fab, Assembly, Test)

?Fast learner

?Willingness to travel (mainly within Asia, but also to HQ in Germany)

Nice to have:

?Familiar with MEMS technology and products

?Familiar with qualification and validation for semiconductor/MEMS products and production
