1. Familiar with the use of various detergents and cleaners, familiar with the commonly used tableware washing equipment and its operation methods, and understand their maintenance methods.

2. Familiar with the brand, origin, characteristics and prices of various tableware and utensils, and know the classification and storage methods of tableware and utensils.
