The purpose of this job is to drive DS2 package innovation and freedom to operate initiatives and projects. Identify consumer territory, jobs and value proposition through series of sprints to achieve growth ambition and sustainability commitment.
Key Responsibilities：
Deliver quality growth
1. Own, develop and execute the planning, design and translation of EIC projects.
2. Working with cross-functional teams/external partners from opportunity identification until POC, POS.
3. Manage pack timelines, specifications, documentation, data analysis required to implement consumer driven package solutions.
4. Explore new territory perfect the moment, experience the pack platform, JTBD, package new technology etc.
Enable sustained performance
5. Identify breakthrough technology/application from industry and bring back to MARS.
6. Proactively lead recycle content workstream, r-PET, r-PE development.
7. Be the package category expert, provide training and consultancy for team.
8. Build networking with global team and global packaging experts
1.Bachelor Degree or above in material science, polymer material science, packaging Engineer or relevant major.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
3. 5+year’s package working experience (preferred) or FMCG industry working experience in R&D.
4. Technical depth on certain package category.
5. Good collaboration internally and externally, open minded for new things.
6. Strong project management experience (quality, efficiency and growth projects) with the ability to motivate and direct a technical team.
7. Experience in the consumer driven innovation and technology driven innovation to develop product solutions
